Barbara left the workforce in 1996 due to medical disability. After feeling overwhelmingly victimized by life, she made a conscious choice to overcome childhood trauma, extreme depression, workplace stress and chronic illness. In her desire for wellness and powerful living, Barbara took training in alternative healing methods, primarily spiritual in nature. She became certified as a Spiritual Director by the Center at Benet Hill Monastery and as an Angel Therapy Practitioner® by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D.
In her seeking, she learned her Soul had accumulated clutter that kept It from expressing the clarity and perfection originally implanted by the Creator. As a result, Barbara developed a holistic, non-denominational, spiritual method called Internal Clutter Busting as a way for herself and others to achieve soul restoration, empowerment and healthy, joyful, abundant living. She extends this method to individuals privately and through workshops.
Barbara finds her story similar to other people who are seeking an abundant life. Her mission is to extend to them what she has learned so they can be victorious over life's traumas and masters of their own destiny.
